Modern Training's Total Immersion Programme for Students (TIPS) will introduce and prepare you for life abroad. It aims to equip you with the essential English skills you will need to survive. The programme covers country specific topics to help you make the right choice, and to ensure a smooth transition when settling abroad. It also deals with many cultural issues arising from starting a new life in a different country.

The full-time programme also offers a new and unique concept in language acquisition through total immersion. Total immersion is the easiest way to learn a language; over a period of 4 weeks you will find yourself fully integrated into an English environment without the need to even step foot on a plane!

Lessons are based on an oral approach to language learning, with elements of reading and writing to develop comprehensive English skills. Full use is made of modern teaching methods and audio-visual resources. Each class sees more than one teacher a day to ensure a contrast of accent, delivery and approach.

Modern Training has taken the concept of an overseas language school and recreated it right on your doorstep! The centre has been designed to emulate an international language college; once inside, you will experience life as if you were studying in a native English speaking country.
