Support service
Reports
Our bi-lingual support service is here to make your
life easier. We conduct placement tests and final assessments
for every client, and after analysis of the results
a full report is sent to your HR department or Training
Manager (this includes course certificates for each
student upon completion of the course). This will ensure
that the students are placed in a homogenous group at
the start of the course, and that they make effective,
documented progress throughout. Samples of the reports
for previous contractors can be supplied on request
(contact us).
Student and teacher feedback
Monthly student feedback from the teacher will be given
to all students highlighting areas for improvement.
This will help students to focus their learning in the
right areas and make rapid improvement.
Students will also be asked to complete an anonymous
instructor evaluation, which will give students the
opportunity to let us know exactly how they feel about
the course and the teacher.
Language and motivational
activities
Over the duration of the course students will be invited
to attend activities focused on improving language outside
of the classroom, and increasing motivation. After all,
motivated students are always high achievers!
Events
mt regularly holds events for both our foreign and Chinese
students. These aim to bring the international community
and Chinese people together, and provide them with an
opportunity to interact with each other. Examples of
