Procedures:
All of our courses are based
on a communicative teaching approach
and our curriculum includes a dynamic Communication
program and a tutoring programme. Our programmes
are customised to meet your linguistic
needs. We are aware that you cover a
wide array of professional domains and our qualified
and experienced language instructors will know
how to adapt their course outline to suit your

Whether for group or private courses, learners
will take a placement exam. Training
objectives will also be established in
cooperation with training supervisors in order
to recommend a course outline and schedule.
We will continually evaluate the learner's progress
throughout the training to make sure the objectives
are being met.
At the end of a session, training supervisors
or human resources managers will receive a comprehensive
progress report for each participant.

for success in the workplace. Work on vocabulary-building,
oral presentations, telephone communication, effective
interview techniques and business etiquette.
Written Language
Courses
Improve the quality of your written communication
through work-related memos, letters, reports,
and emails. Eliminate frustration, save time and
acquire independence by learning how to write
in a clear and concise manner. Brush up on your
grammar, punctuation and syntax structures.
Sessions:
All our training sessions
can take place in the workplace or on
our premises.
